I went to inspect a car at Auto House just before the Christmas break after seeing it advertised online. The vehicle was in terrific condition. I wanted to take the car on holidays over the Christmas break and so for peace of mind I wanted to get the car serviced before I went. The problem being, with only one half a day left of business trading (24th Dec – Christmas Eve) my usual mechanic said he could not service the car until the new year.
The bloke at Auto House named “Jay” said that if I purchased the car he could make it happen. I purchased the car and Jay made a few calls and arranged to have the vehicle serviced. Not sure how he did it, but he somehow convinced the mechanics to forego their half day trading (Christmas Eve) and to stay back and service the vehicle! And he even managed to arrange some new 22inch mag wheels that I was keen on having put on the car to also be installed! I drove away late afternoon on the 24th of December with a terrific new head-turner car ready for the Christmas holidays road trip I had planned.
If that is not truly amazing service, not sure what is! Thanks Jay! Most appreciated. *****Auto House - 5 Star*****
